Shipping

RUNE currently ships to Australia and New Zealand.
There’s $5 flat-rate shipping on all orders within Australia and $10 flat-rate shipping on all orders within New Zealand.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Returns

You can return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. It must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Due to the personal nature of the product, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been used.
To start a return, email hello@runeworld.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns. A 10% restocking fee also applies.
If your order arrives damaged, chat with our team within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll organise a replacement, refund or return shipping where required. We might ask for photos.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer, too.
